The dealer tells me my 4200 is due by the middle of next week (Oh Boy!) the question is: how large of a 3 point rotary cutter/Bush-Hog can this 20Hp (net PTO)HST tractor run? 5', 6', larger? TIA.

Bart: As long as your not trying to cut through a jungle, your machine should handle a 5' bush hog just fine, it may be a little off-balance without some front-end weight added but it wiil cut fine. Best of luck.Ted. ....

My 755 (20hp) does handle a 5' bush-hog just fine with knee high vegitation, If you get into hood high stuff it will work for all its worth at a very slow ground speed. hope I helped! ....

A 5' is probably going to be the largest. I also have a 4200 with a JD 513 rotary cutter and it handles it fine. ....

My Kubota B2710 handles a 5' cutter just fine. Being as the 4200 has about the same HP it should work fine with it also. ....
